Several cases of murder and thefts have been reported in the town councils and the authorities are yet to find solutions. The towns include Kagarama, Rubaare and Rwashamaire in Ntungamo district, Kizinda in Bushenyi district, Bwizibwera in Mbarara district Ishogororo in Ibanda district and, Kabwohe in Sheema district among others.
